JivaHerb has partnered with reputed logistics companies to ensure all products reach you in perfect condition with no damages. We use high-quality packaging materials sourced from reliable vendors and conduct thorough testing before shipping any product.
Shipping Charges: ₹199 will be charged for all orders below ₹649. Orders above ₹599 qualify for FREE shipping.
How Does the Delivery Process Work?
Here’s how we ensure your order reaches you safely:
- Step 1: Order Processing: Once you place an order, our warehouse team processes it immediately.
- Step 2: Quality Inspection: Your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure perfect condition.
- Step 3: Packaging: Products are carefully packed using bubble wrap and cardboard boxes.
- Step 4: Handover to Logistics: Verified products are handed to our trusted logistics partner.
- Step 5: Delivery: Logistics partner delivers to your address at the earliest possibility.
Note: If our logistics partner cannot reach you at the provided address or time, they will contact you to resolve scheduling. All products (including free gifts) will be shipped to your provided address with an invoice. While we try to ship all items together, split shipments may occur.
How Are Products Packaged?
We use premium packaging to protect your products:
- Each product wrapped individually in bubble wrap
- Fragile items (glass bottles) get an additional layer of bubble wrap
- Products packed in sturdy cardboard boxes
- Waterproof outer layer for protection during transit
- Tamper-evident sealing for security
- Invoice included inside packaging
JivaHerb holds responsibility for any damages to products while in transit to you.
Shipping Locations
JivaHerb ships throughout India to almost all pin codes. The list of serviceable pin codes may change based on our logistics partners.

Can I Track My Order?
Yes! Here’s how:
Option 1: Email Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email (to the email address you provided) containing:
• Tracking number
• Courier company details
• Tracking link
Option 2: Account Tracking
If you’re a registered user:
1. Log into www.jivaherb.in using your username and password
2. Go to “My Account” → “Your Orders”
3. View your order status and tracking details
You can track your package status after dispatch from our warehouse.
Delivery Timeline
At the time of placing your order, we share an estimated delivery time based on your location.
Standard Timeline:
- Order Processing: Within 24 hours (we maintain inventory of all products)
- Dispatch: Within 24-48 hours of order placement
- In Transit: 2-5 business days depending on location
- Delivery: Within 5-7 business days total
Expected Delivery: 3-7 business days from order placement
Important: While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances or logistics delays may extend this timeline slightly. JivaHerb will make best efforts to deliver promptly but is not liable for delays caused by our logistics partner.
What Time Will My Order Be Delivered?
Our logistics partner will call you before attempting delivery at your provided address. Please ensure you are available to receive calls.
Important: After 3 (three) failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You can contact us to reschedule delivery.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment. No additional charges will be added after order placement.
COD (Cash on Delivery): ₹50 extra charge applies if you choose to pay at delivery.
What If I’m Not Available for Delivery?
If no one is available when delivery is attempted:
- Attempt 1: Logistics partner calls and attempts delivery
- Attempt 2: Second attempt made (usually next day)
- Attempt 3: Final attempt made with advance notification
After 3 unsuccessful attempts, your package returns to our warehouse.
Rescheduling: Contact us at contact@jivaherb.in to reschedule delivery to a convenient date/time. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Will My Entire Order Ship Together?
While we try to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, with each having its own tracking number. This actually helps items reach you faster!
You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment separately.
Special Delivery Situations
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock:
• We’ll email you immediately
• You can: wait for restock, cancel that item, or cancel the entire order
• No charges if you cancel
Seasonal or Weather Delays
During peak seasons or adverse weather, delivery may take 1-2 days extra. We’ll notify you if delays are expected. Your order is never lost—just temporarily slower.
Damaged Package During Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
1. Don’t open or use the product
2. Take clear photos of outer box and damage
3. Email contact@jivaherb.in within 48 hours with photos and order number
4. We’ll provide FREE replacement or full refund + free return shipping
Address Requirements for Successful Delivery
Your complete address must include:
- Recipient’s full name
- Street address (apartment/house number and name)
- Landmark or nearby location
- City and state
- PIN code
- Phone number (mobile preferred)
- Email address
We cannot ship to: PO Boxes, incomplete addresses, or non-existent pin codes.
To update your address: Contact contact@jivaherb.in before dispatch. After dispatch, changes may not be possible.
